GENERAL INFORMATION

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

We will ship to PO Boxes, however, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. For international deliveries, the customer will not have to pay additional duties and taxes receiving their packages. 

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We offer a free shipping on all orders, no minimums through the US & Canada, Australia, France, Israel, Russia, Spain, United Kingdom, Germany, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Gibraltar, Greece, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Vietnam. If you have an issue placing an order, please contact support@itsjuliet.com.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders placed with Standard Shipping are typically fulfilled within 5 Business days of order placement. From the fulfillment date, orders placed with standard shipping typically take an additional 3-10 Business days to arrive within the US.

Expedited shipping options and same-day fulfillment are currently only available for certain items and will be done automatically on business days (Monday - Friday).

Possible Delays: We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please note we are only provided with estimated delivery dates from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. 

All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Most orders are picked, packed, and shipped on the day after they are received (excluding Weekends and Holidays).

SHIPPING RATES, TIMELINES, AND 2-DAY EXPRESS

Our standard shipping is free for all orders with no minimums, and the estimated timelines for transit and final delivery are 3-10 Business Days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. 

For U.S. Domestic & International orders, we will use USPS, UPS, Fedex, or another carrier to ship to most locations always choosing the most beneficial. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements.Your final shipping cost and all taxes are displayed at the point of checkout. No duties and taxes will be applied to your order post purchase.

We offer a Free Standard and Tracked Shipping in 3-10 Business Days for free. No minimum order amount. 

Due to carrier limitations, the following are not eligible for the 2-Day Express shipping option:

  • Out of stock items
  • Dangerous goods
  • Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes

SHIPPING FEES

If you choose to pay an expedited shipping fee, the fees are non-refundable. We can ship to PO Boxes. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

All orders have are free shipping with no minimums. Free Standard and Tracked Shipping in 3-10 Business Days for free. We offer a 2-Day Express as a shipping option for the continental US for a $9.99 flat rate for most items, but not all. We offer a Priority processing option for an additional $3.99. We also offer International Express Shipping 1-5 Business Days with free tracking for a $9.99 flat rate.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days. We will assist you in working with the carrier. It's Juliet does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered, or, if your entered shipping address is deemed as “undeliverable” or "insufficient" by the carrier. You are responsible and can self correct it on the carrier website. If you need help with this, please contact us at support@itsjuliet.com. In addition, you may not cannot cancel an order that is in transit. However, you can process a return or exchange once your item has been received. as we have a 60-day return policy. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order and issue an instant refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock. If requested, we can hold and ship when in stock.

RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING SHIPPING

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, It's Juliet reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.

Additionally, It's Juliet reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  • Similarly, It's Juliet reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT 

To assist with shipping, returns, and other order necessities, we have increased our staff and  have a dedicated customer support team readily available. We are working to answer your questions as quickly as possible always at support@itsjuliet.com. We ship to the US, Canada, and worldwide with some exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS 

Once orders are received, they are sent to our distribution center for processing and shipping. Since the distribution center has received this order, we are rarely able to modify your order and cannot cancel an order that is in transit. However, you can process a return or exchange once your item has been received. Before opening a chargeback, please consider this policy and let us know if you need assistance at support@itsjuliet.com or diamond@itsjuliet.com. Once an order has been placed, you cannot change your shipping address due to fraud prevention.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used). It's Juliet does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. 

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Each collection or item available for pre-order will ship out approximately 2-3 weeks post purchase date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.
