To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
We will ship to PO Boxes, however, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee and the duties and taxes are all included at checkout. No outside fees will occur for any order, including international. The consignee authorizes It's Juliet to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee agrees It's Juliet may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay any taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods all included at checkout. There are no hidden fees or costs.

Refund and Return PolicyPrint
We have a 30-day return and refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to return and request a refund back to your original payment. This applies to customers domestically and internationally. You may also request a store credit or exchange.
If your item was defective for any reason, you will not need to return it back to us and we will issue a refund at any time.
If your item was sold out or out of stock, we refund and process your return immediately. You will be notified via email. Please be patient as banks take 3-5 days to process and show the refund on your end.
To start a very simple return or exchange, please use the Start My Return at the bottom of the footer on our homepage or email us at email@example.com for support. After that, depending on your selection, you will be sent an email and shipping label confirming your request and RMA. Then, you will receive directions on how to ship your item back for a return, refund, and/or exchange as well as your timeline for your refund, gift card, or exchange to be issued.
Returns, refunds, exchanges, or credits due will be processed and issued within 1-5 Business Days. Please be patient as it takes time to sort orders from our warehouse. We have a Customer Support team to answer all questions along the way.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect Items
